Recital Fee: There will be a $75 recital fee per dancer. A discount of 10% on recital fees will be given to families with 3 or more enrolled dancers. The recital fee covers all rehearsals, choreography, and production costs. These fees do not include tickets to the show. The recital fee is per dancer and is due by the end of March 15th. A late fee of $10 will be charged after April 1st.
Costume Fees: The cost of costumes vary, therefore a costume deposit per costume is due by December 31st. The costume deposits are as follows: $75 per class per dancer, $50 per costume for combo classes (2 minimum), and $100 per Soloist costume. All remaining costume balances must be paid by the February 15th. We will accept payments from August through December. Anyone who has not paid in full by then will be required to pay a $10.00 per costume late fee before the costume will be ordered. After January 1st, we cannot guarantee costume delivery before the recital. PAYMENT FOR COSTUMES IS NON-REFUNDABLE. We cannot make exceptions.
For students enrolled after December 31st, recital fee and costume(s) balances are due 30 days after enrollment. Otherwise, costume can’t be ordered and received on time.
The recital will be scheduled for the third week of June (pending theater availability). Location and date for recital will be made available as soon as possible. Studio and dress rehearsals will be scheduled for the week prior to the recital date and attendance is mandatory.
All recital fees are non-refundable.
Regular season classes end at the time of the recital. IN ORDER TO BE IN THE RECITAL, YOU CANNOT MISS MORE THAN FOUR (4) LESSONS OF ANY CLASS FROM JANUARY TO JUNE AND YOU MUST ATTEND ALL REHEARSALS THE WEEK PRIOR TO RECITAL WEEK.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE A STUDENT FROM THEIR RECITAL DANCE DUE TO LACK OF ATTENDANCE.
