Founded in 2013, ADS is proud to offer a unique dance program for all ages including ballet, pointe, jazz, tap, musical theater and modern dance utilizing the integration of the Elemental Body Alignment System (EBAS) and other cross training methodologies into a classical foundation. ADS also offers group-fitness classes for everyone, including yoga, pilates, Zumba and EBAS.
At ADS there is something fun for each family member within a safe environment!
